Ordering

An order is only final when you have gone through all the steps in the ordering process and have received an order confirmation from us in your mailbox. You should receive this in your mailbox within 15 minutes. Also take a look at your spam folder.

In the last phase of the ordering process you can enter a discount code in the discount code box. This will then be settled immediately and you will immediately see whether your discount code has been applied. Please contact us if you have any problems with your discount code.

You can order worldwide. We also ship worldwide. We ship from Belgium.

Normally you should receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. If this is not the case, always check your spam folder first. No email here either, please contact us.

Payment

At checkout you can see which payment methods are accepted. We accept many possible payment methods. Payment by bank transfer is not possible. All orders must be transferred first.

Delivery

We deliver your package to your home. We choose the shipping partner. Deliveries are free from €200 in the Benelux. If there are shipping costs, they will be communicated in the payment process.

When ordering, you can enter the ‘delivery address’ where you want your order to be delivered.

As soon as we have packed your order and it is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You can track your order via this link.

As soon as all steps have been completed and the payment has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox. We process your order within 72 hours, after which your order is picked up by the shipping service. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Return

You can return your order via here or in the last email with your track & trace code. Print your return label and stick it on the package. Take your package to the relevant service point and you’re done.
Items purchased online can always be returned within 14 working days of receipt. Provided that the items are still in their original condition (with hang tags), have not been worn, washed or retouched. Items with make-up stains or perfume smell are NOT taken back.

We will refund the amount to the account you paid with. The delivery costs are not refundable. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of your return.

You will receive an email from us when we have received the return. Orders with a gift card will receive a new code from us worth the refund of the product.
Payments with gift vouchers will therefore not be refunded, but you will receive a new gift voucher instead.
